Jeff is a licensed general contractor in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Utah with over twenty years of experience in the commercial construction industry. He is known for bringing an exceptional level of care and attention to his clients’ needs and bringing their build priorities to life safely and efficiently.

A builder through and through, Jeff is proud to have a long history of working in the field as well as a track record of uncompromising excellence in construction management. Prior to founding ReinBuilt, Jeff ran the major accounts division at Schuchart for nearly 10 years, where he established himself as a leader in operational efficiency and delivering high-value results. At the helm of Reinbuilt, he continues to build on this legacy. Cultivating long-term relationships with clients and partners alike, he develops and leads teams of expert craftspeople building consistently high-quality spaces across the Northwest.

For Jeff, nothing is more important than clarity and transparency to ensure each project’s success. As a bilingual communicator, he has always understood the value and responsibility of being a bridge in the industry. Nothing can be more devastating in construction than miscommunication, and nothing breeds miscommunication more than language gaps. Jeff is passionate about making sure that field and office are always on the same page in order to get great work done.

Ashlee is a Washington native with over fifteen years in the commercial construction industry. The daughter of a contractor, Ashlee practically grew up on job sites. Building is in her blood. After graduating from the University of Washington with a degree in sociology, Ashlee began her professional career in construction in the mechanical field before becoming a general contractor specializing in major account work.

Known for her proactive and solutions-oriented approach to addressing the evolving needs of large, complex builds, Ashlee is a go-to leader in commercial construction. Her wealth of experience, the resources she has developed over years in the industry, and the sheer strength of will she brings to each project enable her to keep projects moving efficiently while prioritizing quality and value.

For Ashlee, excellence in construction is a reflection of the quality of relationships, and she is passionate about cultivating lasting partnerships with clients and craftspeople.
